Ok so in my life time I have been party to many a yard sale... this is the first one that I am doing or heading up... with the help of some of my good friends in my ward... I have been labeling for the past couple of hours now.. and think that I am almost ready... this is more work than I thought it would be... I will just be happy to be rid of a lot of stuff before we move.. I think that this will hopefully go well! Just alot to do in the next few hours and then there is the pesky little thing of having to wake up early on a saturday morning.YUCK! I hope I am not to grumpy and don't scare everyone away.

note: no house yet.. just good preparation! yeah!

Grocery Shopping

Now normally I enjoy grocery shopping... however since I became a mom of two my liking it has dwindled... The kids usually cry and try to climb out of the cart, and if they walk next to me at some point the try to hide from me and right before I become hysterical and leave to find the manager to shut down the store because someone has definetely stolen my child... ( ok a little dramatized) they jump and and say here I am mom!

Well todays shopping trip took the icing... All I needed was a few veggies some bread and hamburger for dinner, well we got the bread and some meat..( not the right kind) I went and put it in the cart, and then pulled the cart to get it moving... well what I failed to realize until to late was that Ammon was trying to climb to the front part ( we were in the big blue car ones @ maceys)... and yes he fell off backwards.... Even though I was near hysterics, I fought it back and calmly checked him out he had a HUGE goose egg! It almost broke the skin... he cried and cried... I went quickly to the front of the store and bought what I had and went home... we got home & both Ammon and I cried together... He is ok now.. I hope... but whew! I would have to say it is officially on the top ten of not enjoyable to do with children.

New kids gang of the hood!

Ok seriously I know that they all look so sweet here but these kids are not all so innocent.. the only ones missing from this gang picture are Ammon's best friend Che who also doubles as Cailtynn's boyfriend, and Che's little bro Justin.... they were having dinner at the time this was taken...

These kids when all together are well.....

WILD!

Before the storm!

The kids love to go outside.. even if its raining or very close to it... Last week they just had to go outside right before the rain began to fall and Aaron took these pics and they turned out so darn cute! I just couldn't resist putting them on here!

Like father like son!

I think its so cute that Ammon my sweet three year old wants to be so much like his dad he even likes wearing the same shoes! Its cute...

Govener's Day!

Ok for those of you who don't know what govener's day is I will explain. All the troops get together usually at Camp Williams..( this yr at Rice Ecles Stadium) (which by the way was a total pain...) Anyhow they all march around the field for Gov. Huntsman, and then he inspects and salutes them and some speeches are given. Then the family can go play they land helicopters and bring in the big truck for the familys to go through and look at and stuff like that, they also have blowup slides and food... so of course we saw the helicopter which is Ammon favorite, and then we ate.. which is Cait's favorite, and then the kids did a few of the blowup slides... but YIKES! there was so little room to fit them in this yr up there that the big kids and little ones all combine I was nervous that my kids were going to get squished! Luckily the only problem was that Ammon got done first before Cait and well I wasn't there waiting for him and when he couldn't find me, he had total melt down, till I got there and then he cried when he saw me and told me he was scared cuz I wasn't there.. It was sad... but at least he didn't run off. Anyhow... last thing.. so the one pic of the troops is only one small section of how many were actually there... Aaron is in the somewhere, can anyone spot him?

Relationships

I am begining to think that the best relationships come from what you do with the down times in your relationships. What you learn from them and how you grow from them. I think that no matter who you have a relationship with whether it be your parents or your spouse or your girlfriends, that when you have those down moments its what you do with them that makes your relationship stronger and better or breaks it all to pieces. I am thankful so much for the opportunities for friendship that I have. Some things if my life have recently come into the light. I can' t make people love me, but I can love them no matter what. I can choose how to love them and when. And when it comes right down to things, even if things fall all to pieces then I still know that the Lord loves me and is there for me when I fall down and scrape my knees. I am truly blessed in this area of my life. Sometimes relationships are complicated and confusing. But the best of relationships have seen their fair share of disagreements, discouragement, unhappiness, unkindness. Its the fact that they simply choose to forgive and move on and love you for who you are, and not what you are supposed to be.
